The Zodiac Empire is operated by KT Cowlishaw / Sandstone Media and Products. Questions about privacy, downloads or permissions? Contact info@sandstonemedia.net.

Birthday cards & downloads

Our birthday cards are free to download for personal, non-commercial use. You may send them to friends and family or share the original card on your personal social accounts. Please keep the artwork, branding and copyright credit intact. You may add your own greeting in the accompanying message or caption.

Please do not sell the cards, use them on merchandise, remove credits, claim them as your own, or use them to promote a business without written permission. Copyright in The Zodiac Empire’s original characters, stories and artwork remains with KT Cowlishaw; other rights remain with their respective owners.

We do not charge to download or share these cards. Your internet or mobile provider, messaging service or chosen social platform may charge you under your plan. Check before sending, particularly when roaming. If you are under 18, ask a parent or carer before downloading or sharing. Avoid putting full birthdays, contact details or other private information into public posts.

What this site collects

No account or recipient details are needed to download a card. Card sharing uses your device’s own sharing menu; this site does not ask for access to your address book or send messages for you.

The wheel’s optional month-and-day inputs are used in your browser to choose a character. We do not ask for a birth year or send those inputs to our own server. Downloaded files remain on your device until you choose to share them.

Our hosting and delivery providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and secure the website. If you email us, we receive your address, message and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond and manage the enquiry, and keep it for as long as reasonably needed for that purpose or legal obligations. Please do not send unnecessary personal information about children.

Optional analytics & cookies

Google Analytics is off unless you choose to allow it below. If enabled, it uses cookies and processes information about visits, pages, interactions, browser/device details and approximate location to help us understand and improve the site. We disable Google signals and advertising personalisation in the website’s Analytics configuration. We do not deliberately send names, entered birthdays or email addresses to Analytics.

Google and our service providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States. For details of Google’s handling of information, see Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.

Optional analytics is off by default.

If you are a child, leave analytics off and ask a parent or carer about these choices.

Your preference is saved in this browser. You can change it here at any time. Turning it off stops future Analytics loading and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site; it does not erase data already processed by Google.

Privacy questions

You can contact us to ask about personal information you have supplied, request access or correction, request deletion where appropriate, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If a concern remains unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner; its ability to handle a complaint depends on whether the relevant privacy law applies.

Stories, symbols & external links

ZO-GLO Astrology and ZO-GLOSCOPES offer imaginative stories and prompts for self-discovery. They do not predict your future or replace professional advice. Take what helps; you do not need to identify with a sign or archetype.

YouTube, TikTok and other external services have their own terms, privacy practices and age requirements. A parent or carer should help children decide whether to visit or share through those services.

Your rights
